Shipping

Please allow up to 2 business days for your orders to be processed prior to shipment. Orders are only shipped once full payment has been received. 

Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on Public Holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. During sale periods there may be a delay in processing your order. We appreciate your patience during this time.

The cost of shipping is a flat-rate of $15.00 on all orders under $150, and free-of-charge for orders $150 and above.

Express Shipping is $20 - Please note this is the method of shipping and does not mean your order will be prioritised during processing. 

We do not deliver outside of Australia.

We use the Australia Post network to fulfil all orders* on the OOFOS Australia online store.

Standard Delivery is usually within 4 - 7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Depending on your location and the time your order is placed, you may receive your purchase sooner than that.
