OOFOS will make best efforts to deliver products within 4 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process. Depending on your location and the time your order comes in, the product may even be delivered to you sooner than that.

Our normal shipping charges are $9.90, but free for orders over $100.

Returns Policy

From time to time, you may purchase a product that doesn't fit or fully satisfy your requirements.

Because we want you to be happy with your purchase and have an exceptional shopping experience with us, OOFOS offers a Full 30-day Money Back Guarantee on any unworn footwear. 

When trying on your new OOFOS -

We encourage you to trial your new OOFOS inside the house to assess both fit and comfort. It is important to make sure that they are only worn on carpet and not on hard surfaces or outside. This is essential, as we will only accept the return of footwear in as-new condition.

To return your product and obtain a refund, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Please email sales@oofos.com.au indicating the reason for your return. Please also include some images of your shoes/thongs for us to view. We will then reply with an RA# and return address. Please include the RA# you are given in a note with your returned goods. 
  2. Place the OOFOS Recovery Footwear you wish to return in the original packaging they arrived in and place inside an Australia Post satchel and send to the address provided by email.

(Please note that for any items, if the OOFOS tag is lost, this will mean your purchase is no longer returnable for ANY reason, so please only remove this once you’re sure the love is real and everlasting and you want to keep your OOFOS).

  1. Once we receive your items(s), we’ll send you an email informing you they have arrived safely at our warehouse. Our Returns Team will then inspect all returns within 2 business days to ensure they are in undamaged condition. 
  2. Our Returns Team will then pass on details for all customer refunds to be processed as soon as possible, however, please allow an extra 2-10 days for the refund to appear on your Credit Card/Paypal Account.

All items must be returned unmarked, without signs of wear and/or tear and in their original, undamaged packaging.

If this is not the case, we'll advise you that a refund has been declined and we'll return the product to you.

If you have misplaced your returns slip, please drop us an email and we'll send you one immediately, along with a return authorisation number.

Every pair of OOFOS is under warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase. If it turns out there is a defect in your OOFOS, we will replace them with a new pair. All items returned to OOFOS that have passed the 6 month date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
